Three things that make a first enquiry go faster.
- Send Gerber files even if the design is not final — we would rather see the board than describe it.
- Note any obsolete or hard-to-source components in the BOM. That is where lead times usually hide.
- Tell us the country you are importing into — it changes the shipping method, the paperwork and the price.

How fast will I get a quote?
A reply within 2 hours and a price within 24 hours. A complex assembly can take up to 48 hours, and we say so when that applies. The reply is written by the person who read your files, so if something in them will cause a problem on the line we raise it before quoting rather than after.
What should I send with the first enquiry?
Gerber files in RS-274X, a BOM as Excel or CSV, and the pick-and-place file. Gerber files are worth sending even if the design is not final. Note any obsolete or hard-to-source components, and say which country you are importing into, because that changes the shipping method, the paperwork and the price. Large files can go by WeTransfer or a download link.
Do I have to use the form?
No. The form and the direct channels reach the same person. Email, WhatsApp, WeChat and Microsoft Teams details are on this page, and if you name the channel you prefer in your first message we reply there instead.
