What we do with your data
This notice covers what happens to the information you give us when you ask for a quote, write to us, or attach drawings — and the little our web server records on its own.
We are a PCB and PCBA manufacturer in Shenzhen. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and we do not sell data. See cookies and tracking for the one count we do keep.

Who is responsible
The company that decides what happens to your data is Hongrong (Shenzhen) Electronics Co., Ltd., 6/F, Bldg C, Qianwan Key & Core Tech Park, Xixiang St., Bao’an, Shenzhen, Guangdong, P.R.C. In data-protection law that makes us the “controller” of the personal data described here.
In the European Union we are represented by EUREPSTAR GmbH, Schlüterstr. 3, 85057 Ingolstadt, Germany — eurep@eurep-gmbh.de, +49 841 8869 7744. That appointment covers our CE-marked products (agreement EUREP-2026091616000712450, valid to 16 September 2027).
One address handles everything on this page, including requests to see or delete your data: sales@hrpcba.com. Write to that address rather than to one person’s mailbox, so a request cannot sit unanswered while somebody is away.
What we collect
Only what the job needs. Nothing here is bought from a data broker, and nothing is collected in the background while you read.
- What you type into our forms. Your name, company, work email, country or region, the service you want, quantity or annual volume, whether your files are ready, your message, and how you would like to be answered — email, WhatsApp, WeChat or a call.
- What you choose to attach. Gerbers, BOMs, drawings, photographs of an assembly. We receive only the files you decide to send.
- What you write to us directly. The same information arrives if you email us, message us on WhatsApp or WeChat, or discuss a job on a call. We do not record calls unless we ask first and you agree.
- What any web server sees. Your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser type. Ours is used to keep the site working and to spot abuse, nothing else.
We do not ask for, and do not want, card numbers, identity documents or health data. If one arrives anyway, we delete it.
Why we hold it — and on what legal basis
If you are in the EU or the UK, the law asks us to name the reason we are allowed to hold your data. There are only four, and this is where each one applies:
- To answer you and quote — steps taken at your request before a contract exists.
- To run an order — performance of the contract once you place one: manufacture, ship and invoice.
- To keep the books — invoices and order records kept because accounting and tax law requires it.
- To keep the site safe — server logs and abuse filtering, on our legitimate interest in a working website.
That is the whole list. We do not build marketing lists out of quote requests, and we do not email you about anything you did not ask about. If we ever start a newsletter it will rest on your consent, be opt-in, and leave with one click.
Your drawings stay yours
This is the part customers ask about first, so it gets its own section.
- You keep every right in the Gerbers, BOMs, drawings and photographs you send. We claim none of them.
- We use them to quote your job and, if you order, to build it. Nothing else.
- They do not go to another customer, and they are never used as samples, in marketing, or in a case study without your written permission.
- If a board type needs a process we do not run in-house, we tell you before we send anything out, and we name the process.
- Inside the company, access is limited to the engineers and sales staff working on your job.
Who else sees your data
- The company that hosts this site (Cloudflare) serves the pages, receives form submissions and keeps standard server logs.
- Feishu (Lark) is our own internal workspace. A form submitted on this site is delivered into it, because that is where the quoting team reads and answers enquiries. The workspace belongs to us; the chat inside it is not public and is not a mailing list or a marketing platform.
- Our email provider carries the messages you send to sales@hrpcba.com.
- WhatsApp, WeChat and video-call providers — only if you pick one of those as the way to talk to us. That message travels through that company’s systems under that company’s own privacy terms, and we cannot see or delete the copy they keep. Email and the form on this site come straight to us instead of through a messaging app.
- Couriers, freight forwarders and customs see the name, address and invoice value needed to deliver an order.
- Our accountant and auditor see invoices and purchase orders. They do not see drawings.
That is the list. We use no advertising networks, no social pixels and no chat widget that loads from another company. We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
If a court or a public authority compels us to hand something over, we give only what is required and we tell you, unless the law forbids us from saying so.
Where it is kept, and what protects it on the way
Our own records — quotes, orders, drawings, invoices — are kept in Shenzhen, China. The website itself is served from Cloudflare’s global network, so a page request may be handled outside China; the request contains nothing but the page address and the standard log data described above. Messages you email us are stored wherever our mail provider stores them, and enquiries submitted through the form are stored in our Feishu workspace.
Your drawings come to Shenzhen because that is where the boards are made; there is no way to quote or build your job without that transfer, and it happens when you send us the files.
If you are writing from the EU or the UK, moving personal data out of those regions requires a safeguard. Before we move yours we put one in place — normally the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — and if you ask, we will tell you in writing which safeguard covers your data.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that does not become an order — two years, then deleted.
- Drawings sent for a quote that goes nowhere — 90 days after we tell you we cannot help, or 90 days after our last reply.
- Order paperwork — as long as accounting and tax rules require us to keep it.
- Server logs — whatever our host keeps by default. We do not copy them into any database of our own.
A deletion request overrides the periods above, unless a specific law obliges us to keep that record — and if so, we say which one.
What you can ask us to do
Write to sales@hrpcba.com with “Data request” in the subject line. Say what you want; you do not have to use a form or explain why. It is free.
- Send you a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop using it for a particular purpose, or object to our using it at all.
- Hand it to you or another company in a readable format.
- Take back a consent you gave earlier, if we ever rely on consent.
We answer within 30 days. If a request is genuinely complicated we may take up to two months more, and we will tell you why before the first 30 days are up. If it is unclear who is asking, we may ask you to confirm one detail — we will not demand a passport to answer a simple question.
If you think we have handled it badly you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live. We would rather you told us first, but the choice is yours.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies at all. There is no advertising pixel, no embedded video, no live-chat widget and no social share script. The fonts and icons are served from this site rather than a third party, so reading a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
We do count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and cannot follow you to another site. It tells us how many people opened a page, roughly which country they came from and how quickly it loaded — aggregate numbers, nothing that identifies you.
That is also why there is no cookie banner. A banner asking you to accept cookies we do not set would be theatre. If we ever add measurement that stores something on your device — an advertising pixel, a heat-map tool, a chat window — this page will say so before it goes live, and it will wait for your yes.
No profiling, no automated decisions
We do not score you, sort you into segments, or make automated decisions that affect you. A quote is prepared by a person who has read your drawing. Nothing on this site decides anything about you on its own.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to quotes and drawings is limited to the people working on your job. We never email you asking for a password, a card number or a bank change — if a message like that arrives claiming to be us, it is not, and we would like to hear about it.
If data we hold is ever breached in a way that affects you, we tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires, and we tell you what we know rather than what sounds reassuring.
Children
This site exists to take enquiries from companies that buy circuit boards. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to the address above and we will delete it.
What this notice does not cover
We link to standards bodies, industry associations and courier tracking pages. Those sites have their own privacy notices, and what they do with your data is theirs to answer for, not ours.
Messages you send through WhatsApp, WeChat or a video-call service also sit under those platforms’ terms. We chose to offer them because customers ask for them, not because we can control what they record.
This page is about your data. Our terms of use cover the other direction — how this website may be used, and what the numbers on it do and do not promise.
